Inspired by the rhinoceros beetle, this creature feels like a living emblem—strong, deliberate, almost mythic. Hand-carved and printed, its rigorous symmetry and bold lines give it a heraldic presence. The vertical stripes suggest armor; its face, a silent mask that watches. This piece was born after witnessing a battle between two beetles—a ritual of strength, territory, and survival. In its design, the organic and the geometric entwine, living on the threshold between symbol and being.

Cicadas have always fascinated me. Their exoskeleton, fragile yet resilient, holds a mystery that draws me in. Unlike butterflies —which I fear— cicadas feel strangely familiar, almost technological. Their constant, electric sound reminds me of power lines and transmission towers.
In these prints, the linocut defines the insect’s presence, while watercolor evokes the air, the vibration, and the atmosphere that surrounds it.

I illustrated this piece inspired by one of the ocean’s most curious and otherworldly creatures. With upright posture, chameleon-like eyes, and no stomach at all, seahorses defy typical anatomy.
What fascinates me most is that the male carries the eggs—a quiet act of care in a species believed to form lifelong bonds.
This print is a small tribute to their mystery, gentleness, and alien grace.

This fantastical creature, with its bones exposed, rides between worlds.
The motion of the skateboard contrasts with the stillness of the eternal — a playful nod to life, death, and everything in between.
